Enable broadcast emails to let users send an email with critical information to impacted customers.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;"><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.service_editions_reference.htm&amp;language=en_US" target="_blank">View supported editions</a>.</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Customer Service Incident Management, and then click **Customer Service Incident Management**.
2. From the Broadcast Settings tab, enable Broadcast Email.

After broadcast emails are enabled, [optionally create or manage your contact list views](https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/contacts-list-view-step-by-step/work-with-contact-list-views) and give users access to Broadcast Communications. When your users create a broadcast email, they can choose to send it to a predetermined contact list view or to case or product contacts related to the incident.
