## CRM Analytics Requirements

- For Summer ‘24, Data 360, Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud), and CRM Analytics must be enabled in the same org.
- CRM Analytics Data 360 integration must be enabled.
- The CRM Analytics apps and template functionality included as a part of CRM Analytics is available in English only.

## Field Service Intelligence Dashboards Requirements

- Field Service Intelligence is available to Service and Data 360 users only. To use Field Service Intelligence, your org must have the Field Service Intelligence add-on license.
- To view data in the Field Service Intelligence dashboards, you need to have the features associated with the dashboards configured and populated with data.

## Field Service Intelligence Data Refresh

The Field Service Intelligence dashboards rely on up-to-date data. When you install Field Service Intelligence, set a schedule to refresh the data hourly or daily. The refresh includes running the data transforms and updating the datasets.

The Data 360 data streams refresh hourly, updating the Service data model objects (DMO). The data transforms must be scheduled to process the new and updated DMO data and bring the data into CRM Analytics. The simplest way to do this is to schedule the app refresh during the installation of Field Service Intelligence.

You can change the schedule or refresh the data as needed on the app management tab. For more information, see [Change Your Intelligent App Settings](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.update_intell_apps.htm&type=5&language=en_US).

## Field Service Intelligence Assets

When you install the Service data kit in Data 360, all of the Field Service assets and data mappings are created. When you install Field Service Intelligence, the data transforms run, ingesting Data 360 data and creating the Field Service data model objects for visualization in CRM Analytic dashboards.

The app assets are listed under Resources on the Setup page for your app after successful installation. These include Data 360 data transforms and data model objects (DMO) and CRM Analytics dashboards and components. When you select an asset, it opens in its respective tool for detailed inspection.

Note To customize access to Data 360 objects used by Field Service Intelligence, grant object access according to your chosen Data Governance policy. If you have more than one data space, you must grant access to objects in each data space. Object names in non-default data spaces follow the convention of <DataSpace Prefix>\_<Object Name>. For help, see [Assign Data Access](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_dc_access.htm&language=en_US).
