## Intake Attributes

The intake form for this template captures these details from the employee:

- Default: Case Origin, Status.
- Resignation Details: Proposed Last Working Date, Primary Reason, Comment.

## Fulfillment and Integration

This template doesn't include any preconfigured integrations for intake or fulfillment. Manager approval routing is expected. Use Flow Builder to define custom routing logic and fulfillment workflows.
