Create Employee and Person records at the same time when setting up unified profiles.

User Permissions Needed
LICENSE NAME LICENSE TYPE PERMISSION SET
SvcCloudEmpHubEmpUsrAddOn User Employee Hub HR User Add-On License
UnifiedEmployeeAddOn User Unified Employee Add On
  1. From Setup, in the quick find box, find and select Employee User Settings.
  2. Turn on Create Unified Employee Records.
