Enable Frontline Workforce Management and Feature Preferences

To use Frontline Workforce Management, turn on the org preference in Salesforce Go.

Required Editions

View supported editions.
  1. Select Salesforce Go from the gear menu or from the main Setup menu.
  2. Select Frontline Workforce Management.
  3. Follow the steps on the page.
