Platform
- Data Exporter Tool: Support for transformation of boolean field
values
The Data Exporter tool now supports a transformation option that applies to boolean data types. This new capability allows users to follow the SFS data model convention and to transform any FSE boolean field value of an object to Salesforce Field Service (SFS) values. The user is required to select the transformation option during the Export Preference stage.
- Google Authenticator Reset Option: Self-service for admin
Google Authenticator, the MFA application that provides an authentication key as part of the log-in process, is now accessible to the admin user from the SOUser view. This new capability enables users to re-register to the service, and for the admin user to reset the registration per each user.
Mobile
ClickMobile Touch App
- New Android app: upgrade Cordova v13.0.0 to v14.0.1 and ensure compatibility with Android 15 (Vanilla Ice Cream).
- Change in the location of the mobile device logs: Old logs won't be accessible after the MR22 deployment (that is, won’t impact the mobile attachments).
- The XML submitted through the application forms must comply with the product security guidelines that require the XML to be structured with a single root node.
