As announced recently, Salesforce is retiring Click Field Service Edge. The official end-of-life date is December 31, 2026. Since the ClickSoftware acquisition in October 2019, Salesforce recommends migrating to the Salesforce Field Service product. Review Salesforce Field Service and contact your Account Executive to start planning the migration process. Field Service Edge documentation can now be accessed via the Salesforce portal. For a list of known issues, see [Known Issues](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.fse_known_issues.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "This page describes unresolved issues in the Service Edge system, as of the latest release. When an issue is resolved, it’s removed from the Known Issues table and added to the Resolved Issues table in the What’s New page of the specific release."). From Fuji MR17, the product documentation is available in Salesforce Help. ## Platform - **Enforcement of integration requests throttling** Open integration requests that last too long might impact the system's performance, stability, and overall availability. To avoid this situation the FSE server terminates connections to incoming integration requests that keep an open HTTP connection longer than 120 minutes. To accommodate this need, the data retention policy for file attachments is extended to 180 days.
