Release Highlights
The Fuji MR17 release focuses on improvements in product trust and providing the highest level of security.
In this release, we focus on the ability to use a new method for delivering the MFA token required as part of the login process for customers who don’t use Single-Sign-on (SSO). The method of delivery is based on the Google Authenticator mobile app and requires a prior installation of the app and a one-time short registration process.

From Fuji MR17, the product documentation is available in Salesforce Help.
Schedule

Handling lunch break changes made by relocated field
resources
When a relocated field resource updates the lunch break start time to accommodate a one-time change, the lunch break appears accurately in the Gantt, presenting the updated availability of the resource to the Dispatcher.
Requires feature toggle on.
Platform
-
Clustering outgoing messages
You can configure the Integration Manager to cluster outgoing messages according to any numeric dictionary property of any object, in addition to the Task and Engineer objects. See Configuring Integration Manager Options in the FSE Administration and Configuration Guide.
This
feature is available upon deployment.
Security and Trust

MFA token new delivery method
To increase the success rate of users trying to log in with MFA and reduce the integration with Twilio’s text messaging, an additional method of token delivery can be used. The new method is available for all Field Service Edge clients, apart from the Service Edge Mobile app.
To use this feature, you must
configure the Google Authenticator delivery method for MFA. See Configuring
Multi-Factor Authentication in the FSE Administration and Configuration
Guide. -
Data collection aggregation view—monthly usage
graphs
New graphs illustrate a monthly aggregation of the sizes of all objects within the tenant's database for the current year. These graphs indicate, for each month, the minimum, maximum, and median sizes, enabling administrators to monitor and manage the size of data objects appropriately.
Requires feature toggle on. -
User license usage view
A modification was implemented to extend the visibility timeline for users with no recent activity to 90 days. This enhancement provides admin users with an extended period to gain a better understanding of the actual license usage.
This
feature is available upon deployment. -
Agent time exceeded usage alert (Sandbox)
To maintain a sustainable product, a new daily awareness message informs the administrator when the overall agent time exceeds the allowed limit.
