# Keyboard Shortcuts in the Scheduling Console

Use keyboard shortcuts to navigate the Gantt, switch views, and act on service appointments faster in the Scheduling Console.

### Required Editions

| Close or deselect a panel, popover, or window | Closes an open panel, popover, or window, or clears the current selection. | Esc |

| View 2 weeks | Sets the Gantt resolution to 2 weeks. | 8 |
| View 3 weeks | Sets the Gantt resolution to 3 weeks. | 9 |
| View 1 month | Sets the Gantt resolution to 1 month. | Shift + 1 |
| View 2 months | Sets the Gantt resolution to 2 months. | Shift + 2 |

## Service Appointment Actions

These shortcuts are available when a service appointment is selected.

| Open Work Order or Work Order Line Item record | Opens the parent work order or work order line item record. | W |
| Show on Gantt | Highlights the selected service appointment on the Gantt. | G |
| Switch active Service Appointment on Gantt or Service Appointment list | On the Gantt, adds or removes the active service appointment from the selection. On the service appointment list, selects or clears the checkbox on the focused row. | Space |
| Open Service Appointment popover | Opens the popover for the selected service appointment. | Enter |
