Note Starting the week of July 13, 2026, you can no longer create agents in the legacy Agentforce Builder. To complete this implementation, use an existing legacy agent and modify it.

Before you begin, follow the steps for setting up [Email-to-Case](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.customizesupport_email.htm&type=5&language=en_US). It doesn’t require additional licenses and is available by default in Field Service.

When you’ve completed the setup, review [Get Started with Autonomous Scheduling](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.fs_einstein_agentforce_scheduling_get_started.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
