1. In Employee Portal, click the **Enablement Programs** tab.
2. To see the employee enablement programs your direct reports are enrolled in, click the **Team Enablement Programs** sub-tab .

The Team Enablement Programs sub-tab is available if you have direct reports.
3. To view a direct report's progress in enrolled employee enablement programs, select a direct report from the Employee Name dropdown list.

The dropdown list shows only 10 direct reportees. By default, the page shows the progress information for the first direct report in the Employee Name dropdown list. The information includes program name, description, due date, and percentage completion. To view specific details, filter the programs by completion status or enrollment type.
