To view the case closure survey responses, create a report type and then create a report and dashboard.

1. Create a report type.
    
    In object relationships, select Case as the primary object. Relate the case object to the Survey Subjects object. Then, relate the Survey Subjects object to the Survey Responses object. See [Custom Report Types](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.reports_report_type_setup.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
2. Create a report by using the new report type.

3. Create a dashboard by using the new report.
