Integrate Salesforce with Workday to import employee data such as employee name,
contact details, associated location, organization, and the reporting manager directly from
Workday into Salesforce. Provision users by turning on the autocreate settings. All the employee
records imported from Workday are saved in Salesforce, with contact information saved in Person
Account and employee details saved in the Employee object. The locations and organizations from
Workday are saved in the Locations and Internal Organization Units objects in Salesforce. The
reporting manager information for an employee is saved in the Reports To field on the employee's
Person Account.
Required Editions
The developer name of the Employee object is Employee2.
