- **[Onboard Employees with Unified Employee License](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.hr_svc_onbrd_emp_with_uel.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Unified Employee License (UEL) is Salesforce’s standard license for employee use cases, simplifying employee access while enabling wall-to-wall coverage across the organization. By replacing fragmented employee licenses with a single, right-sized model, UEL streamlines administration, supports seamless employee onboarding, and unlocks modern platform capabilities. UEL offers manager provisioning, along with support for Agentforce actions, employee provisioning, Unified Catalog items, and employee enablements to help employees and managers work efficiently at scale.
- **[Configure the Reports To Field on Person Account](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.es_configure_the_reports_to_field_on_person_account.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
To associate a manager with an employee, turn on the Reports To field on the Person Account object. This is a required step for HR Service setup.
- **[Migrate from Customer Community Plus to Unified Employee License](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.hr_svc_migrate_ccp_to_uel.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Migrate your Customer Community Plus (CCP) users to the Unified Employee License (UEL) to streamline administration by establishing employees as first-class, standard Salesforce users. This migration simplifies employee onboarding, provides consistent organizational coverage, and enables modern platform capabilities across Agentforce IT Service, HR Service, and Slack collaboration. Migrating to UEL also eliminates hierarchical disruptions where reporting lines were restricted by license type.
- **[Set Up HR Service with Salesforce Go](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.hr_svc_sf_go_intro.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Salesforce Go simplifies service setup by providing an intuitive, streamlined platform to configure and deploy your service operations quickly and efficiently. You can leverage Salesforce Go features, feature sets, and tailored solution bundles to rapidly configure and deploy your service offerings with precision and scale.
- **[HR Service Data Model](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.es_employee_service_datamodel.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
At the heart of the HR Service solution is the HR Service data model. The data model comprises several Salesforce objects for storing information about your company's employees.
- **[HR Service Integration with External Systems](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.es_employee_service_integration_with_external_systems.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Through MuleSoft Direct, HR Service integrates with external systems, such as human capital management systems, to read data and to create or update employee records. The integration eliminates manual record creation, improves the quality of data, and ensures the efficient delivery of HR services.
- **[Employee Data Import in CSV Format](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.es_advanced_csv_data_import.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use advanced CSV Data Import to create employee records in HR Service. You can import employee data through a CSV file into the Employee and Person Account objects.
- **[Manage Requests and Tickets with the Employee Service Slack App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.es_employee_service_slack_app.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**

- **[Employee Portal Setup](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.es_employee_hub_set_up.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
