Before cloning a profile, enable Surveys. See Enable Surveys and Configure Survey Settings.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- For Customer Community Plus User, click Clone.
- For Profile Name, enter a name, and then save your changes.
