Multilingual support for the Get Leave Balance Action, Apply For Leave Action, Update Employee Profile Action, Get Enablement Program Action, Get Expense Items Action, Get Past Expense Reports Action, Submit Expense Report Action, and Create Confidential Complaint Action is generally available for Agentforce HR Service Agent actions. For the remaining Agentforce HR Service Agent actions, multilingual support is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

Define your agent's settings, such as system messages and language settings.
These settings determine how agents behave and present themselves in conversations.
  6. Select a data source to ground your agent responses with the Answer Questions with Knowledge action, and then click Create.
If you don't want to use any of the available data sources, you can create a library to limit the HR service agent to specific articles or uploaded fields. See Assign a Data Library to Your Agent.
  7. Configure your agent with topics, actions, and other agent assets.
Update the named credential when configuring these actions: Get Leave Balance, Submit Leave Request, Update Employee Profile, Get Direct Deposit Details, and Submit Direct Deposit Details.
  8. Test your agent in Agentforce Builder to confirm that your agent performs as expected and meets your security standards.
The HR service agent operates in the same Agent User context in Agentforce Builder as it does when deployed in messaging channels. So, design-time testing reflects how your HR service agent behaves when deployed.
  9. Activate your agent.
