| To generate Self-Service portal HTML: | Manage Self-Service Portal |
Note Starting with Spring ’12, the Self-Service portal isn’t available for new
Salesforce orgs. Existing orgs continue to have access to the Self-Service portal.
- From Setup, enter Self-Service Portal in the Quick Find box, then select Settings.
- Click Generate Login HTML.
- Insert the URL or HTML code provided into your portal’s Web page.
- Click Finished to return to the Self-Service Settings page.
Note You can’t be logged into Salesforce and the Self-Service portal at the same time,
with the same browser. For example, if you log into Salesforce and then the Self-Service
portal using the same browser, your Salesforce session becomes invalid. Conversely, if you
log into the Self-Service portal and then Salesforce using the same browser, your
Self-Service portal session becomes invalid.
