To stop generating insights temporarily and reduce flex credit consumption, pause the
data transform. Data processing stops across the entire pipeline and any in-progress processing
is terminated within 20 minutes. Interactions that were being processed when the transform was
paused can't be processed again.

From Setup, use Quick Find to go to Customer Signals
Intelligence.

From Configure Channels and Insights, go to the channel you want to pause insights for
and click Edit.

Turn on Pause Data Transform.
To start generating insights again, turn off Pause Data
Transform. Select the date from when you want insights to be
generated.
