Move Excerpts Within an Einstein Conversation Mining Report

You can move excerpts into a contact reason to create your dataset.

Select a report and click the summary name of a topic.
Select some excerpts, and then click Move Excerpts.
Select your topic for the excerpts.
Select your contact reason group. Use the dropdown to select a contact reason, or click New Contact Reason to add a contact reason. After you click New Contact Reason, a text box replaces the dropdown to enter your new contact reason name.
Save your changes.
