Note With Summer ’15, Most Recent Tabs was renamed History and bookmarks were added to it to give you a more streamlined experience for finding and retrieving tabs. These features aren’t available in Internet Explorer® 7 and 8.

1. From Setup, enter Apps in the Quick Find box, then select **Apps**.
2. Select a Salesforce console app.
3. Click **Edit**.
4. In Choose Console Components, add History to Selected Items.
5. In Align Custom Console Component, choose whether the component will appear in the footer’s right or left side.
6. Click **Save**.
