# Delete a Custom Media Label

You can delete a custom media label only if it isn't referenced in any active IVR flow.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Voice, and then select **Media Management**.
2. Click the **Media Labels** tab.
3. In the Custom Media Labels section, find the label and click **Delete**.
4. If the label is referenced in flows, deletion is blocked and a summary of the references is shown. Remove the label from those flows first, then return to delete it.
5. Confirm the deletion.
