# Manage Sandbox and Deployment Activity in Salesforce Spiff

Track the status of your sandbox environments, review the history of changes, and monitor usage limits. Download change set details for audit records and to troubleshoot issues.

- **[Download a Change Set as a CSV File in Salesforce Spiff](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.spiff_download_csv_files.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
The CSV file includes all changes in the change set and the test results.
- **[Manage Sandbox Record Usage in Salesforce Spiff](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.spiff_manage_sandbox_records.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Based on your Salesforce Spiff license, each sandbox has limits on the amount of data that you can create. A sandbox doesn’t copy transactional data from its parent environment, but you can add or import transactional data to your sandbox. Manage sandbox data capacity by tracking the total count of transactional records against your import limits. Archive records to clear space and maintain system performance.
