1. Check these issues in Salesforce.
    1. Verify that the quote has line items added.
    2. Verify that the quote doesn't use an opportunity that isn't eligible for the estimate.

You can specify which opportunities are excluded from estimates, such as ClosedWon. See [Filter Opportunities in the Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator for Quotes](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.spiff_estimator_opportunity_status.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "By default, the Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator returns all opportunities except Closed Won Closed Lost opportunities. Customize the estimator to filter opportunities by other status values.").
    3. Verify that the rep has the appropriate Spiff Commission Estimator permissions.

See [Give Users Access to Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.spiff_estimator_permission.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Assign the appropriate permission set license and permission sets to admins and reps who use the Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator managed package.").
2. Check these issues in Spiff.
    1. Verify that the Quote and Quote Line objects sync successfully with Salesforce.
    2. Verify that a rule that uses Quote and Quote Line data is set up and is enabled for the Spiff Commission Estimator.
    3. Verify that a Quote payout rule is set up with all required fields and is enabled for the Spiff Commission Estimator.

See [Create a Payout Rule for the Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.spiff_estimator_payout_rule.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "In some cases, you can reuse the same payout rules in Salesforce Spiff Commission Estimator as you already use for regular commission payouts in Spiff. In other cases, create a separate payout rule specifically for estimations. For example, maybe you don't want to include a What-If? rule on rep commission statements or you configure the estimator for a different object than the regular commission payout rule uses.").
    4. Verify that the rep is set up in Spiff with a plan that uses the Spiff Commission Estimator rules.
    5. Verify that the rep's current statement doesn't show any errors.
    6. Verify that all Spiff Commission Estimator payout rule calculated fields don’t produce any errors.
3. Verify that the rep's estimated commission in Salesforce is the same result as the rep's commission that's calculated in the Spiff Commission Estimator payout rule's data filter.
    1. Create a primary quote in Salesforce.
    2. Request an estimate.
    3. Sync the quote in Spiff.
    4. Go to each payout rule that's enabled for the Spiff Commission Estimator and find the quote in the data filter.
    5. Compare the estimated amounts for the synced quote in Spiff with the amounts shown for the same quote in Salesforce.

Verify that the estimated amounts match.
