# Configure Salesforce Maps Schedule

Maps Schedule works through the Salesforce Calendar and integrates with the same calendar-sync options that your org already uses.

### Required Editions

Field users can plan appointments, sync events with Outlook or Google Calendar, and manage their day from the map. If you sync the Salesforce Calendar with Outlook (Einstein Activity Capture or Lightning Sync) or with Google Workspace, those events flow into and stay consistent with Maps Schedule.
