# Override Default Actions for Meeting Prep Signals

Replace standard meeting prep actions on Sales Workspace with custom Agentforce side panel actions.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col style="width:100%"></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience in <strong>Enterprise</strong>, <strong>Unlimited</strong>, and <strong>Agentforce 1 Sales</strong> editions with the Sales Foundation add-on.</td></tr></tbody></table>

To point the action at your own agent, first create an Agent Quick Action.

Customize your sales team’s workflow by modifying the standard meeting preparation actions on Sales Workspace. You can seamlessly deactivate actions, restore default behaviors, or replace them with custom Agent Quick platform actions to better fit your business needs.

Note When you update these settings, your previous recommendations are not purged. However, if a user does not have access to a newly assigned Agent, their specific recommendations are purged from the feed.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Workspace Signals and select it.
2. For the Prepare for a Meeting signal, select **Edit** from the quick actions list.
3. Select an agent you want to assign to the signal.
4. Click **Done**.
