# Give Users Access to Consumption Forecasting

Give your users access to the Consumption Forecasting feature by assigning a permission set license and permission set to them. With this license, users can view and interact with consumption-based forecast types.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select **Users**.
2. Click the user that you want to assign the permission set to, and then click **Edit**.
3. Enable **Allow Forecasting** and click **Save**.
4. In the Permission Set License Assignments related list, select **Edit Assignments**.
5. Enable **Salesforce Forecasting** and click **Save**.
6. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, select **Edit Assignments** and then add **Forecast on Any Business Model**.
7. Save your changes.
