# Agentforce Sales Management Billing and Usage

Agentforce Sales Management uses generative AI and Data 360 to ingest, store, and process data. Agentforce Sales Management includes multiple features and consumption billing can vary by feature.

Orgs with an Agentforce for Sales, Service, or Industry add-on license, or Agentforce 1
Edition for Sales, Service, or Industry, receive a daily allowance of 100 free LLM gateway
calls per licensed user before drawing down credits.

The 100 LLM gateway call limit is pooled across your entire org and not tracked per
individual user. For example, 100 LLM gateway calls per day * 10 users = 1000 cumulative LLM
            call limit per day.

If your org exceeds this daily limit, Salesforce reserves the right to apply Flex Credits to
cover the excess at standard multipliers. For more information on generative AI credit
