# Set Up the Agent Analytics Engagement Dashboard (Beta)

The Agent Analytics Engagement dashboard works with your Engagement agent and Data 360 to provide the key metrics you need to understand and optimize your business. Both Agentforce Engagement and Data 360 must be enabled in order to set up the dashboard.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience in <strong>Enterprise</strong>, <strong>Performance</strong>, and <strong>Unlimited</strong> editions with Sales and the Agentforce Engagement and <span>Data 360</span> add-ons.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Setting up the dashboard includes these main steps:

- Configure at least one agent with the Engagement template. Setup includes creating an agent and assigning permissions to users. - Assign specific user permissions for Data 360.
- Assign Tableau licenses to users.
- Configure data model objects to enable the dashboard metrics. This includes setting up field mappings from your Salesforce CRM data to the data model objects.
- Turn on the Agentforce Analytics Engagement dashboard.

    To enable the dashboard, assign specific permissions to Salesforce admins.

    These include the User, Lead, Opportunity, and Opportunity Stage objects.

    For each standard object you connected to Data 360 with a data stream, map the fields from the source object to fields on the Data 360 data model object.

    These include the Action Cadence, Action Cadence Tracker, Action Cadence Step, and Action Cadence Step Tracker objects.

    For each custom object you connected to Data 360 with a data stream, map the fields from the source object to fields on the Data 360 data model object.

    When you have set the required data model objects in Data 360, you can turn on the dashboard.
