# Salesforce Spiff Release Notes for May 20, 2026

Plan dropdowns and filters in Salesforce Spiff now show only active plans by default, so plan lists stay focused on what's currently in use. To find or work with an archived plan, select **Show archived plans** to temporarily include archived plans in the list. The setting resets when you navigate away from the page, keeping plan lists clean every time you return.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: <strong>Enterprise</strong>, <strong>Unlimited</strong>, and <strong>Developer</strong> Editions</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available for an additional cost in: <strong>Professional</strong> Edition with Web Services API Enabled</td></tr></tbody></table>

## Hide Archived Plans from Plan Dropdowns and Filters

**Where:** This change applies to Salesforce Spiff.

**Why:** Previously, plan dropdowns and filters throughout Spiff displayed every plan in the system, including archived plans that are no longer in use. As plans accumulate over time, these lists became increasingly cluttered and harder to navigate. With archived plans hidden by default, plan lists show only current, active plans, so finding the right plan takes less time.

**How:** To include archived plans in a plan filter or dropdown, select **Show archived plans** on that page. The setting affects only the current page view and resets when you navigate away.
