## Access Company Settings as an Admin

Share the opportunity and responsibility for managing your company's Spiff security settings. Now, users with the Company Admin role can update your company's single sign-on and multi-factor authentication configuration.

**How:** From the Admin menu, select **Security**.

See:

- [User Roles and Permissions in Salesforce Spiff](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.spiff_users_roles_and_permissions.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Give users the appropriate level of access so they can be successful in Salesforce Spiff, and enforce the principle of least privilege. Assign a default role to each user, or create custom roles with access to specific Spiff functionality.")
- [Set Up Single Sign-On for Salesforce Spiff](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.spiff_sso.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Support a more efficient experience for users who log in to Salesforce Spiff by setting up SAML single sign-on (SSO) with an identity provider, including Google, Okta, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Configure settings in your identity provider and in Spiff.")
- [Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication for Salesforce Spiff](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.spiff_mfa.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Multi-factor authentication (MFA) reduces the risk of unauthorized access to systems by requiring users to provide two or more verification factors, such as a password and mobile device with an authenticator app. MFA is optional in Salesforce Spiff and isn't available if your company uses single sign-on (SSO) authentication.")

## Enjoy Better Performance when Working with Subteams

The Subteams table on the Teams page is updated for improved performance and usability.

## Provide an Improved Default User Profile Experience

For users who haven't uploaded a photo for their profile, Spiff now shows a default profile image of their first and last initial.
