# Report on List Emails

Use reports to see which list emails and senders are most engaging.

### Required Editions

The list emails report shows list email records.

Tip If you want an overview of all sent email, including emails sent via list email, look at activity reports.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Report Types, then select **Report Types**.
2. Click **New Custom Report Type**.
3. Select **List Emails** as the Primary Object. Complete the fields and click **Next**.
4. Optionally, select the **List Email Sent Results** secondary object and save the report.
    
    List Email Sent Results includes these fields:
    
    - Email address
    - Status
    - Failure reason

Example Use custom list email reports to answer questions such as:

- Which list emails generated the most engagement?
- Which rep sends the most effective list emails?
