# Can My Company Make the Move Using the Lightning Sync Migration Tool?

Before you start the migration process, make sure that your company meets the requirements for using the migration tool. We also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the migration considerations, so that there are no surprises during your migration.

    To move from Lightning Sync to Einstein Activity Capture using the migration tool, you must meet these requirements. In some cases, if you don’t meet the requirements, you can’t see the migration tool in Setup.
