1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sync. Then, if your company uses Microsoft Exchange, select **Outlook Integration and Sync**. Or, if your company uses Google, select **Gmail Integration and Sync**.
2. In the Lightning Sync section, click **Migrate Now**. You can see the migration tool only if your org meets the [migration requirements](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.lightning_sync_move_ma_requirements.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "To move from Lightning Sync to Einstein Activity Capture using the migration tool, you must meet these requirements. In some cases, if you don’t meet the requirements, you can’t see the migration tool in Setup."),

After you familiarize yourself with the steps and start the process, follow the prompts and run the readiness check. It makes sure that you’re set up for a smooth migration.
