Note An Inbox license isn’t required for tracking emails sent from Lightning Experience.

1. To turn off email tracking for all Outlook and Gmail integrations with Inbox users, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Inbox, and then select **Setup Assistant.**
2. Turn off **External Mail Tracking** or **Internal Email Tracking**, depend on what type of email you want to disable tracking for. You turn off both types of tracking.

To turn off email tracking for only select Outlook and Gmail integration with Inbox users, use the Lightning App Builder. Remove the email tracking components from a custom email application pane and assign that pane to the appropriate user profiles.
