# Install the Inbox Clients

Follow these instructions to install Inbox clients.

### Required Editions

Available for an extra cost in <strong>Professional</strong> and <strong>Enterprise</strong> Editions.</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. Download and install the Inbox client for your platform.

See [Get Access to Salesforce in Microsoft Outlook](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.app_for_outlook_user_setup_1.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "To use the integration, each Outlook user needs the Salesforce add-in for Microsoft Outlook. How each user gets the add-in is up to the email administrator and IT department at your company. After the add-in is installed, open it in Outlook, connect your email account, and then manage the add-in like you do other Microsoft add-ins.") to enabling the add-in in Outlook after it downloads. If you don’t have access to the Microsoft AppSource store, ask your Exchange admin for help.

2. When prompted during installation, log in to Salesforce.
