# Access Inbound Email Snapshots

Access your snapshots to troubleshoot inbound email issues.

### Required Editions

1. To enable inbound email snapshots, contact Salesforce.
2. To access inbound email, from Setup, enter Email Snapshots in the Quick Find box, then select **Email Snapshots**.
