# Work Queue Considerations in Sales Engagement

Learn about considerations for using the Work Queue in Sales Engagement.

## Work Queue Considerations

- The Work Queue is available exclusively in the split view in Lightning Console and in the Outlook and Gmail integrations.
- The Work Queue can show up to 2,000 prospect step trackers that belong to cadences at a time. If you have more than 2,000 active steps, complete existing items or apply filters to show the remaining records.
- If you change a cadence name, currently pending steps in the Work Queue still shows the original name. To show the new cadence name, remove the cadence from the Work Queue view and then add it again.
