Before you start, review [Considerations for Using Organization-Wide Email Addresses](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.emailadmin_orgwide_addresses_considerations.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Review these considerations before you create organization-wide addresses and assign them to Salesforce user profiles.").

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Organization-Wide Addresses, and then select **Organization-Wide Addresses**.
2. Click **Add**.
3. Enter your organization-wide email address information.
4. Select the **Purpose**.
5. Select the profiles that can send email from this address. Or, select **Allow All Profiles to Use this From Address** to grant permission for all users, including guest and unavailable profiles, to use the selected organization-wide email address.

Note If an organization-wide address with Allow All Profiles to Use this From Address enabled is used for another purpose, the organization-wide address settings can override feature-specific restrictions. For example, if an organization-wide address with that setting is also used for Email-to-Case, all users can select the address as a From Address, regardless of the restrictions for the Email-to-Case feature.
6. Click **Save**.
7. To select the permission sets that can send email using this address, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select **Permission Sets**.
8. Click the permission set’s name, and then select **Organization-Wide Email Address Access**.
9. Click **Edit**.
10. Add the addresses to the **Enabled Organization-Wide Email Addresses section.** Click **Save**.

Back on the organization-wide email address page, you can see a list of the enabled permission sets.

To use an organization-wide address, send an email from Salesforce and select your organization-wide address from the dropdown list.
