- **[Email Requirements and Security](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.emailadmin_requirements_security.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Email domain verification is required before anyone can send email from Salesforce, and each user must verify their email address and return email address. Salesforce supports several email security mechanisms to protect outgoing email.
- **[Email Address Internationalization (EAI)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.emailadmin_eai.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Connect with users across the globe by using non-Latin-based characters in email addresses when sending emails from Salesforce.
- **[Organization-Wide Email Addresses](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.orgwide_email.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
To enable users to send emails on behalf of a team or department, instead of using their individual email addresses, set up an organization-wide email address. Specify which user profiles or permission sets can use each address, and select one organization-wide address as your no-reply email address. With the required permissions, both users and system-generated emails can use an organization-wide address to send email from Salesforce.
- **[Organization-Wide Email Footers](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.emailadmin_disclaimer.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Let your users save time and apply common messaging to all emails sent from Salesforce by creating organization-wide email footers. You can create a separate email footer for each encoding and choose default email footers for single emails, mass email, and list email. In Lightning Experience, email sent via Gmail or Office 365 can contain an organization-wide email footer: you choose if it’s included.
- **[Inbound Email Snapshots](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.inbound_email_snapshots.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Take a snapshot of inbound email messages so you can more easily troubleshoot inbound email errors.
- **[Email: What’s Different or Not Available in the Salesforce Mobile App](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.limits_mobile_sf1_productivity_email.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Not every Lightning Experience feature is in the Salesforce mobile app. Find out what’s different.
- **[Using Images in Emails, Email Templates, and Enhanced Letterheads](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.email_images.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You can enhance your email, email templates, and enhanced letterheads. Read more to understand the limitations.
- **[Enable Email Bounce Handling](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.emailadmin_bounce_enable.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
With bounce handling, reps know when an email doesn’t get delivered to recipients. And they also know which lead, contact, or person account has a bad email address when there’s a permanent delivery failure. Review the considerations for the behavior resulting from a soft bounce (a temporary delivery failure), or from a hard bounce (a permanent delivery failure).
- **[Email Open Tracking and Email Opt Out](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.emailadmin_tracking.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Keeping an eye on if and when customers open your outgoing emails is the best way to know if they’re successful. Honor customer requests for different levels of email privacy; some customers don’t want any email, while others want to get commercial email only.
- **[Email Reports](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.emailadmin_reports.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use reports to get information on emails and list emails.
