- Call Explorer does not support prompt configuration with prompt templates.

For example, company name and credit card detection are supported in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish only. For more information see [Einstein Trust Layer Region and Language Support](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.generative_ai_trust_lang_region.htm&language=en_US).

## Other Considerations

- Call Explorer is also supported as an invocable action.
- Call Explorer is also available with Agentforce (Default) and flows as a standard action.
