- Qualification is available for Lead, Contacts, and Person Account record.
- Ratings like ‘Cold’, ‘Warm’, and ‘Hot’ are used by default.
- Tasks are assigned to sellers only when a lead is determined to be 'Hot'.
- On the record, required fields are limited to 5.
- Qualification is based on either an email conversation or a web conversation, but not both.
- The execution of the Qualification Summary action is not available in the preview mode in Agentforce Builder and Guided Config. You can execute this action in the preview mode in prompt builder.
- Once turned on, Qualification can be disabled at any time.
