# Automatic Contact Enhancements

Let generative AI identify your contacts’ buying behavior and company information automatically from your email interactions. Build content-rich profiles for all your contacts to draw accurate buyer relationship maps so that you can close deals.

Example Carole White is a VP in the Finance department and the buyer in an account renewal. An email you received from her contains in the message body “We’re creating a purchase order for 50 licenses for Einstein Activity Capture.” The same email has a signature block that contains Executive VP, Finance below Carole’s name. From this interaction, Automatic Contact Enhancements uses generative AI to fill in seniority level, department group, and buyer attributes on Carole’s contact record.
