# Respond to Event Invitations Sent from Salesforce Classic

When a coworker invites you to an event, you receive an email containing a link to the event. Invitations initiated in Salesforce Classic are emailed from Salesforce. Accept or decline invitations from the event record.

### Required Editions

1. Click the event description.
2. If the event is a single event, click **Accept Meeting** or **Decline Meeting**. If you’re invited to a series of events, click **Accept Series** or **Decline Series**.

    Note If you want to attend some events in a series of events but decline the others, accept the series and then decline specific events.
