Salesforce Security automatically takes containment action when it detects a threat, and the Response Log in Security Center Essentials records every completed response in detail. Each entry shows the action type, status, affected entity, and timestamps for the detection and the response. The read-only log helps you quickly distinguish resolved threats from issues that still need attention.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Security Center add-on license. Available at no cost in Developer Edition.
When: This feature is available in mid-October 2026.
Who: To access the Response Log, you need the View Security Center Pages system permission.
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Security Center. Security Center Essentials appears. On the dashboard, under Security Landscape, click Response Log. To see details for a specific action, click the action's link.
