Alerts and investigations in Slack require the Signature Success Plan.

Get insights on performance regressions due to recent deployments and on-demand Platform Events investigations that use existing platform telemetry and don't consume your Platform Events quota or limits. Request increased limits for weekly investigations and Insights in Scale Center.
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scale, then click Scale Center. To use Scale Center in an agentic IDE, connect your org through the Salesforce DX MCP Server.
