Create signals using your business logic or AI reasonings and show them in Sales Workspace’s suggestions feed. Write recommendation records with Flow or Apex, associate an action, and activate the signal definition so sellers see guidance that fits how your teams sell.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions with the Sales Foundation add-on.
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Workspace Signals, and then select Workspace Signals. Click Create Signal Types and follow the setup flow to define the signal.
