# Open Agentforce Assist from Sales Workspace Recommendations

Give sellers contextual help for related records without leaving Sales Workspace. You can configure a platform action to open Agentforce Assist directly from a prioritized signal.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions with the Sales Foundation add-on.

**How:** Create an Agent Quick Action and assign it to a signal type on the Sales Workspace Actions setup page.
