- Enhance Salesforce Spiff Mobile App Security with Multi-Factor Authentication
Build your culture of trust, for your company and customers, by adding another layer of protection for users who log in to the Spiff mobile app. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) reduces the risk of unauthorized access to systems by requiring users to provide two or more verification factors. When multi-factor authentication (MFA) is turned on, after a user enters a password, the app asks for a code from an authenticator app before it opens Spiff. Previously, the mobile app didn't support MFA, so users couldn't complete sign-in when MFA was required. - Check Export Availability Before You Run a Report
Check whether Salesforce Spiff can process an export before you run it. A status indicator at the top of the Reporting tab shows whether the commission engine or reporting pipeline is actively processing data, so you know when a UI or API export is available. Hover over the info icon next to the indicator to see when the status last refreshed. - Populate Documents with Live Quota Values
Dynamic merge fields in Salesforce Spiff now include a rep's quota value, not just the name of their assigned quota table, so document templates always reflect current quota data without a manual spreadsheet upload.
