# Manage Stakeholder Details and Connections in Relationship Maps

Give your sales reps more context about key stakeholders and effective control over connections shown in Relationship Maps. Reps can now update contact details, including opportunity roles, departments, and notes, directly in the side panel without leaving the map. They can also remove connections, restore contacts to the map, and keep relationship maps focused on the stakeholders who matter to each deal.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales, and Agentforce 1 Sales Edition.

**Why:** These enhancements give your sales reps more control and visibility into their accounts.

- Identify decision-makers faster: Understand each contact's professional capacity through the Opportunity Contact Role field.
- View organizational structure: Department information helps reps identify stakeholders across teams and business functions.
- Review important background information: Notes give reps quick access to details, such as previous conversations and meeting outcomes.
- Keep relationship maps concise and accurate: Reps can remove connections that are no longer relevant and restore contacts to the map when needed.

**How:** To add or edit contact information, sales reps click a contact tile to open the side panel, and then click **Edit**. To remove a connection, reps click **Remove**, and then choose whether to remove the connection only from the Relationship Map or remove it entirely. Reps can also restore contacts that they previously removed from the Relationship Map.
