# Einstein Activity Capture

Get expanded controls to filter out sensitive emails and specific domains from capture, configure Einstein Activity Capture for partner users, upgrade Microsoft Office 365 authentication to Microsoft Graph, and prepare for the retirement of Activity 360 Reporting, Activity Metrics, and Activities Analytics Dashboard.

- **[Fine-Tune Which Emails and Events to Exclude from Einstein Activity Capture](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_eac_more_exclusions.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Use keywords to automatically detect and exclude from capture emails that contain specific words or phrases. Use wildcard rules to exclude calendar events and email messages associated with specific web domains. Also, sensitive data detection now excludes emails with the word 'confidential' as a prefix in Outlook and Gmail message subjects. Outlook messages with a sensitivity level value of ‘confidential’ or ‘private’ are excluded. Previously, Einstein Activity Capture supported only exact-match for domain exclusions, and sensitive data detection only excluded email with certain personally identifying information included in the body of the message.
- **[Connect Partner Portal Users' Calendars with Einstein Activity Capture](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_eac_prm_calendar_integration.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Partner Portal users can now connect their Google or Microsoft Office 365 calendars to Salesforce with Einstein Activity Capture. With this integration, customers can book appointments directly on partner calendars through Salesforce Scheduler, complete with real-time availability checks. Partners authenticate one time for a seamless and secure scheduling experience.
- **[Upgrade Microsoft 365 Authentication in Einstein Activity Capture to Microsoft Graph](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_eac_graph_ga.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Transition your Einstein Activity Capture’s Microsoft Office 365 authentication to Microsoft Graph, to keep your data syncing without disruption when Microsoft retires Exchange Web Services (EWS) in October 2026. Microsoft Graph is the new, secure, and scalable standard for authentication. Proactive notifications and a single-click tool make the upgrade process smooth.
- **[Prepare for Activity 360 Reporting, Activity Metrics, and Activities Analytics Dashboard Retirement](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_productivity_eac_reports_retire_prepare.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Before these tools retire, we recommend turning on Sync Email as Salesforce Activity for Einstein Activity Capture and configuring reports to explore data captured from email.
